By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and unreservedly accepted these terms.

The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. PREPARATION AND SHIPPING
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
The estimated delivery time for France is 5 to 9 business days.
These time frames are provided as a guide and may vary for reasons beyond Veqoria's control.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For any order delivered within the European Union, the customer may request a return without having to provide a reason within 30 calendar days of receipt, under Veqoria's commercial money-back guarantee. This guarantee is in addition to the customer's statutory rights and does not limit them.
Returns must meet the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.
6. HYGIENE PRODUCTS
Bras and other underwear may be returned even if they have been tried on or worn, provided that they are clean, in good condition, and free from stains, persistent odours, tears, damage, or signs of excessive use. A return that does not meet these conditions may be refused, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
